In this tutorial we will create curved text effect in Photoshop. The text of these effects utilize the functionality liquify in photoshop filter and will
provide lighting and shading techniques in this tutorial.
Below are the results we get.

Here are the steps to make the text curved effect.
Step 1
Create a new file in Photoshop with the size W: 1500 px and H: 800 px
Select File-New or press Ctrl + N on your keyboard.
Step 2
Create a new layer in Photoshop by clicking the icon a new layer is below layer box or choose Layer-New-Layer.
Then fill the layer with black. Use the paint bucket tool (G) or press Alt + Del at keybard.
Step 3
Turn the Horizontal Type tool (T). Impact with the name of the font and text color yellow.
Right-click on the text layer and select Rasterize type to change the type layer.

Step 4
Select the menu-Liquify filter. Activate the forward warp tool (W). Drag letters - letters the top from left to right and the bottom from right to left. See the picture below.
And this is the result that we have applied liquify.
Step 5
In this step we begin to create lighting and shadow that arches letters more visible.
Create a new layer above the earlier text. Activate the Brush tool (B) are white with a soft brush type.
Wipe the brush according to the arch that we created earlier.
Right-click on the layer and select Create Clipping Mask.
Lower the layer opacity to 50%.
Then to make the shadow of the arch is the same text as we make the lighting above, only the colors that we use is a darker shade of yellow color of this text.
